Why my video will not load on my browser?

Please check the following if your video (hosted on Fileburst) are not played properly on the browser:

  • check the video filename path
  • check the video player settings
  • some videos (e.g. flv/swf) needs Adobe Flash plugin to be installed on the browser
  • check the video encoding settings, some videos need to be encoded with the proper bitrate. If the bitrate is too high, it can't be played properly.
