Why do I get "404 Not Found" error on my browser?
17 August 2012 05:17 AM

The "404 Not Found" error can be caused by the following reasons:

  • The content does not exist
  • You entered a wrong URL or path to the content you are trying to access. Please double check the file name. File names in Unix filesystems are case sensitives, unlike on Windows filesystem.

If you have checked everything and are sure that the URL is correct and the content actually exists on your FTP storage (upload.fileburst.com), please submit a support ticket and we will check whether there's a problem in the caching or synchronization of your content.
