What’s your support response time?

We have techs monitoring the helpdesk 24/7/365 who will respond to your support ticket as soon as possible, mostly within 30 minutes. If you don’t receive any reply after 24 hours, please re-submit your ticket. It’s very likely that the ticket was not submitted properly.

Resolution time varies, depending on the issues. Urgent issues should be fixed within 6 hours. But for Level 3 issues whicha are not urgent and require a sysadmin or our Tier-2 engineers to fix it, it may take a few days, depending on the complexity.
