What is your preferred method of support?

We prefer that you enter a support ticket for any issues that you may have regarding your Fileburst Account.

In order to place a support ticket, please go to and Click on “Submit a Ticket”.

Shortly after you submit your ticket, you will receive an auto-responder email containing your ticket key and tracking URL. You can click on the tracking URL to view your ticket status or reply your ticket online. If you don’t receive this auto-responder email, please submit your ticket again.
