We take business seriously and believe there should be no such thing as an unhappy customer. We are proud to offer you maximum 100% uptime guarantee for all our service plans (excluding scheduled maintenance), which is covered in our Service Level Agreement. If our service is down for more than 5 minutes for the billing month, we will credit your account for the downtime. | |
