Absolutely, Fileburst makes it very easy to stream audio/video contents to your users. Just upload your media files to your account, link to them from your web site, and start streaming! Fileburst streams media via progressive download over standard HTTP protocol. Your media will play once a buffer has been established and the progressive download method does not sacrifice video frames to stay real-time. Therefore, video will play at a higher quality and exactly as encoded. And since it’s running on port 80 which is the same port used to serve web sites, if your audience can browse the web, then they can access your content as well. You will not need to worry about LAN policies or corporate firewalls. If you have the Plus or Premium plan, you can also stream your videos using the RTMP protocol (for Flash) and MMS (for Windows). Instruction is provided from your CDN Control Panel. | |
